As part of the new Bio-Science building at Warwick University, Weatherite Electrical designed, manufactured and installed Motor Control and BMS Control Panels for various HVAC plants.Installation included over 20 variable speed inverter controlled AHU systems with LPHW heating, chilled water cooling and steam humidifiers.
Ceiling mounted fan coil units in offices and laboratories allow independent local temperature control.
An elaborate system of dampers and door switches were also incorporated to enable various Laboratory areas to be fumigated as required.
